The new Teensy 4.1 has a 600 MHz ARM Cortex-M7 processor, an NXP iMXRT1062 chip, four times the flash memory of the Teensy 4.0 and two additional memory slots for memory expansion. It has the same size and shape as the Teensy 3.6 (2.4 x 0.7 inches) and offers greater I\/O capability, Ethernet PHY, SD card socket and USB host connection.
\nWhen operating under full load, the Teensy 4.1 requires approx. 100 mA current and offers support for dynamic clock scaling. <\/p>\n
